Make sure that the "Finish-Rite" control is set at "high" and that there are no air leaks before proceeding to step. no . 1.

    1. Restructor is clogged. This looks like a tubing fitting  and is painted white. Remove tubing and fitting. Clean out fitting and make sure that the hole in the fitting is not clogged. The hole is about the size of a small pin head.

    2. Tank valve painted red is defective. This valve is located at the bottom of high pressure valve. Replace with new valve.
